Atrium’s Class Offerings

*Please bring a mat (or rent one from us for $3), a water bottle, and a sweat towel to all classes.

**Note that our studios have a no-shoes policy. If you feel more comfortable in shoes, please bring a pair that's for classes only and not worn outdoors. Socks with grip on the bottom are also okay. Otherwise, wear whatever clothes you feel comfortable in!
